Molokai Avocados

Richie’s Ranch is a female-owned start-up avocado farm on Molokai. Over the next five years, we will develop a 3-acre orchard, planting 200 avocado trees using traditional 20 ft x 20 ft spacing, leaving room for permaculture opportunities such as companion planting, soil regeneration, and biodiversity enhancement. Our farm will serve local markets, grocery stores, and direct-to-consumer buyers, capitalizing on the growing demand for local avocados.
